the staff WAS friendly AND helpful. i ACCIDENTALLY made A non-refundable RESERVATION for THE wrong DATE. the ROOM is EQUIPPED with WHAT'S needed, VERY basic BUT sufficient AND clean.
the ROOMS where SMALL and IT didn't LOOK hygienic. my ROOM had A sewer SMELL and WASN'T that GOOD. the OTHER rooms WERE also NOT that GREAT. OVERALL , if YOU are JUST looking FOR a ROOM to STAY , it IS ok BUT i DON'T think OUR group WILL come BACK again.

The location is good with cafes and restaurants close. Metro access is close too. I had a private room with ensuite for my stay.
The ceiling felt very low. For a taller person it is pretty inconvenient at 2 meters max. I found the facility old.

the location near the metro station was acceptable. it allowed easy access to different parts of the city.
the room was quite small. the shower had a button requiring constant pressing for water flow, i found this inconvenient.

The room seemed a bit worn. I noticed some writings on the wall and old carpets throughout the hotel. They seemed out of date. The street outside was noisy!!! It was hard to sleep with the windows open because there was no AC. I had to keep the windows open because it was warm.

I found the room was not like the pictures. It felt quite misleading. the noise level was also a major issue. it was noisy at all hours. This made it difficult to sleep. the shower lacked a proper door so water went everywhere. this hotel isn't worth the price considering these issues. missing shower door, constant noise
